Subscribe & Save Terms
By clicking “Complete Order”, you agree to Furbos’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You will be enrolled in a recurring subscription at the frequency and price shown in the order summary, and it will renew until it is cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your customer portal or by emailing support@kovealabs.com.
What you are signing up for
- Your refill ships on the same date each month at the price shown at checkout.
- The price you pay today is the price you pay on every refill. It does not go up after the first order.
- Shipping and taxes are applied at the same rates shown on your first order.
Managing your plan
You can skip a delivery, change the delivery date, pause, or cancel at any time from your customer portal. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that delivery.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your customer portal, or email support@kovealabs.com and we will do it for you. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
