Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from it. The site is operated by Furbos Pty Ltd, ABN 64 682 197 350, registered in Victoria and GST registered.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are shopping from, and the amount you see at checkout is the amount you are charged. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you the confirmation. We can decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we think the order is fraudulent, and if we do, you are refunded in full straight away.
Stock
We blend and bottle in Melbourne in runs of 2,000 and we sell out. The stock number shown on a product page is the real remaining quantity of that batch, read live from our inventory. It is not a countdown and it does not reset.
Refill subscriptions
Choosing the refill option authorises us to charge the saved payment method on the same date each month at the discounted price, until you cancel. You can skip, reschedule or cancel in one click from your account page or from the link in every email we send you. Cancelling stops all future charges. We will email you before each refill ships.
What this product is
Furbos is a complementary nutritional supplement for animals. It is not a registered veterinary medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice and nothing here should be used to stop or change medication your vet has prescribed. Results vary between animals.

Everything on this site, the copy, the photography, the formulas and the brand, belongs to Furbos Pty Ltd. Reviews and testimonials are the words of the customers who wrote them.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
