Shipping
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our own fulfilment operation, and every parcel goes out tracked.
Dispatch
Order before 2pm on a business day and it ships the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on a weekend or on a public holiday go out the next business day. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is scanned, not two days later.
How long it takes
Your delivery estimate is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay. These are carrier delivery windows and we do not control them, but we do chase them. If your parcel stalls, email us and we will lodge the enquiry ourselves rather than send you off to do it.
What it costs
- Standard tracked shipping: a flat rate, charged in your local currency and shown at checkout before you pay
- Free standard shipping on orders over A$70 in Australia, or over $70 in the United States

Where we ship
We ship across Australia and the United States. We are not on Amazon or eBay. If you see our bottle listed on a marketplace, it is not ours. Every genuine bottle carries a batch number on the base.
Wrong address, missing parcel
If you typed the wrong address, email us within two hours and we will catch it before the label is printed. After that we cannot recall the parcel, but if it comes back to us we will resend it once at our cost. If tracking says delivered and it is not there, tell us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace the order if it is not found.
Refills
Refill orders are picked on the same date each month and ship on the same terms. You can skip a month, change the date or cancel in one click from your account page or from the link in any email we send you. No phone call, no retention offer to argue past.
