The 60 night money back guarantee
If your pet does not show real improvement within 60 nights of starting Furbos, email us and we refund you in full. Even if the bottle is empty. You do not need to post anything back. There is no restocking fee, no form to fill in, and nobody is going to ask you to try it for another month first.
Refunds go back to the original card within 3 business days of us approving them. Bank processing can add another day or two at their end, which is out of our hands.
How to claim it
Email support@kovealabs.com with your order number and one line about how it went for your pet. That second part is not a hoop, it is how we improve the formula. A person in Australia reads it.
Multi bottle bundles
The guarantee covers the whole bundle, not just the first bottle. Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free orders are refunded in full on the same terms inside 60 nights.
Damaged or wrong item
Amber glass survives a lot but not everything. If a bottle arrives cracked or leaking, send us a photo within 7 days and a replacement goes out the same day, no return required. Same if we picked the wrong formula, which happens rarely and is entirely our problem to fix.
Cancelling a refill
One click, from your account page or the link in every email we send you. Skipping a month is one click too. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Any order already picked and labelled will still arrive, and if you would rather not have it, the 60 night guarantee covers it.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Everything above sits on top of those rights, not instead of them.
